Born in 1957 in the Pontine plain, south of Rome, when Dante bought five hectares to cultivate vineyards in an area with many virgin lands, recently returned by the reclamation of the Agro Pontino. He passed on his passion to Donato, who in 1993 became a pioneer of organic farming.Today, Federica, Chiara and Laura are the third generation at the helm of the Cantina Donato Giangirolami.
